  • Results in low-density foam, without use of fillers or microballoons
  • 2-part system
  • Can be poured in and co-cured with pre-pregs or other epoxy laminates
  • Uniform density
  • Excellent resistance to water
  • Up to 6x expansion of the resin
  • A core material that can be produced ‘in-situ’
  • Fire-retardant, auto-extinguishing versions are also available
 The process involves 2 steps – 1: Fast expansion of the cast, 2: Slow hardening of the mass
