Information about returning goods


Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are able to return the goods for whatever reason, so long as they have not been opened, and are returned in the same condition as they were received.

In  summary: 
  • You have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us that you would like to return the goods.
  • You need to notify us in writing by email to, providing the Matrix order number as your reference.
  • From notifying us of your wish to return the goods, you then have a further 14 days in which to return the goods to Matrix at your expense.
  • Matrix will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, including a refund for the cost of shipping out to you. 
Should the goods be faulty, please notify us immediately upon receipt. You are fully covered under the Sale of Goods Act, and Matrix will take back the goods (at no expense to you) for a full refund or replacement.
